Malka Mari National Park
Malka Mari National Park is a national park of Kenya, situated along the Dawa River on the Kenya-Ethiopia border. It is approximately 1,500 square kilometres (370,000 acres) in size. It is accessible via the Mandera Airport, and is probably the least visited national park in the nation. The park is mostly semi-arid bushland and scrubby grassland with riparian woodland and along the river.
Mount Elgon National Park
Mount Elgon National Park is a national park in Kenya and Uganda that lies 140 kilometres (87 mi) northeast of Lake Victoria. The park covers an area of 1,279 square kilometres (494 mi2). The Ugandan part of the park covers 1,110 km2 (430 mi2) while the Kenyan part covers 169 km2 (65 mi2). The Kenyan part of the park was gazetted in 1968, the Ugandan part in 1992.
