    The content on SafariPlnr is provided for informational purposes only. Park data is sourced from Protected Planet (WDPA) and OpenStreetMap. Wildlife species data is sourced from iNaturalist and GBIF. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties about the completeness or reliability of any information.

    4. User Accounts

    You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

    5. Safety Disclaimer

    Safari tourism involves inherent risks associated with wildlife and remote areas. SafariPlnr does not provide safari instruction, safety guidance, or certifications. Always follow the guidance of qualified rangers and guides, and adhere to local park regulations. SafariPlnr is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from safari activities.

    6. Intellectual Property

    The SafariPlnr name, logo, and original content are protected by intellectual property laws. Species images are sourced from Wikimedia Commons and iNaturalist under their respective licences. Map data is provided by OpenStreetMap contributors under the Open Database Licence.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    SafariPlnr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to errors in park information, inaccurate location data, or outdated lodge contact details.

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
