Centro Administrativo Maipures - PNN El Tuparro
This is the official administrative and visitor center located within El Tuparro National Natural Park, near the impressive Maipures rapids on the Orinoco River. It offers very basic, rustic cabins and designated camping areas, serving as the primary base for park rangers and visitors seeking a deep immersion into the park's unique savannas, rock formations, and river ecosystems. Wildlife viewing is primarily through boat excursions and guided walks.
